Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in daily retail operations in Watauga, Texas. You will help with merchandising, product launches, and strive to meet sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience across AT&T products and services.

The role includes coaching a team of retail sales consultants, driving promotional activities, and participating in leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities
