Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and required for access to operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and complete physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and deliver customer service.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize transfer of merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and cash handling duties and controls.
• Supervise and develop store associates and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
