Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
• Lifting up to 55 lbs and frequent walking, standing, and bending are expected.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment is required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in merchandise organization and stockroom-to-sales floor transfers.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and maintain store displays and cleanliness.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention tasks.
