Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operating tasks and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Analyze store reports to manage controllable expenses and overall store performance.
• Communicates variances to Store Manager and ensures scheduling of Associates to meet objectives.
• Ensures compliance with all State, Local and Federal regulations and safety policies.
• Payroll administration including daily punch edits and scheduling as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Assist with inventory and Loss Prevention processes.
• Direct supervision of all non-exempt Associates.
