Job summary

Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region in Bonney Lake, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead retail supervisors and hourly staff, oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service in support of our mission.

You will partner with the Store Manager to meet sales, staffing, and budget goals, manage risk with cash handling procedures, and foster a safe, inclusive store environment. Hourly rate is $20.00.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in retail supervision or management
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise retail supervisors and hourly staff
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, and safety procedures
• Ensure customer service excellence and a positive shopping experience
• Manage budgets, payroll, and inventory controls, and support interviewing and onboarding
