Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three years related experience in retail supervision or management with proven incremental supervisory advancement.
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures and responsibilities.
• Provide daily leadership and oversight of retail operations to ensure efficient store performance.
• Maximize sales through stock rotation, merchandising, signage, and inventory levels of new and used goods.
• Ensure store audits are completed and maintained at or above established standards.
• Lead and coordinate semi-annual inventory processes and follow-up activities.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee supply ordering and inventory management processes.
• Delegate assignments to staff to support efficient operations.
• Manage payroll within budget and maintain records and documentation.
