Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Raleigh, NC to partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, sales growth, and staff development. You will help recruit, onboard, and coach team members while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store policies.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in retail leadership and 3–5 years overall retail experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to achieve sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Lead and coach store associates; assist with hiring, onboarding and training.
• Monitor inventory, shrink prevention, and adherence to policies.
