The Goodwill Taft Store in Taft, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations under the Retail Store Manager, support inventory, purchasing and sales, and help assemble a strong sales team.

You will train staff, maintain safety, provide excellent customer service, manage banking, scheduling, and reporting, and work to meet organizational goals while upholding Goodwill's mission and values.

Competenze

• Two years of increasingly responsible retail management experience.
• Experience using a cash register.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Able to calculate and execute basic accounting and cash control procedures.
• Valid California Driver’s License preferred, liability insurance, and a DMV record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company.
