Job summary

Cosmo Prof in Roseville, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in hiring, developing and leading store associates, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining brand standards.

You will help drive sales and KPIs through effective supervision of brand, people and operations, oversee omni-channel initiatives, payroll hours and scheduling, inventory control and compliant store procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service preferred.
• At least 1+ year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Good communication with team and management; scheduling availability.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.
