Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• At least 1+ year of prior management experience.
• Ability to lead a team and meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in hiring, development and leadership of associates.
• Develop strategies to achieve KPIs and financial targets.
• Oversee store operations and ensure brand standards.
• Resolve customer issues and manage Omni-channel initiatives.
• Support inventory management and payroll scheduling.
