Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop store staff to achieve sales KPIs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Recruit, train, and onboard associates; address performance and coaching.
• Ensure execution of store processes, including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and payroll hours.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and brand standards.
