Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a store leader to drive sales, retention and customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll coach your team, uphold brand standards and partner with the Market Manager to guide performance and store growth.

You’ll recruit and onboard talent, schedule staff, manage inventory and losses, and resolve escalations while upholding policies. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3+ years of management in sales or customer service retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and influence teams.
