Spectrum is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Georgia to lead by example, coach a sales team, and ensure customers leave with the right products and an exceptional experience.

You will manage daily store operations, scheduling, inventory and policy compliance while developing your team and driving sales and retention. Strong leadership, communication, and overtime readiness are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years Sales/Customer Service experience.
• Proven ability to lead others and motivate them to succeed in a goal- and incentive-based environment.
