Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout.
• Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals.
• Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with comprehensive knowledge of Spectrum offerings.
• Support store leadership and team members by assisting with inventory control, cash management and handling escalations.
• Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources.
• Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions.
• Provide constructive feedback to store leadership regarding sales opportunities and operations.
