Responsabilités

• Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Support training and cross-training of team members.
• Assist in department scheduling to improve engagement and profitability.
• Ensure freshness and proper rotation of products.
• Lead in compliance with food safety standards and safe work practices.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and displays where applicable.
• Foster Meijer culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Operate registers and handle cash when needed.
