Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years directly supervising a diverse team with performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOP compliance and company programs.
• Deliver sales and profit plans and other KPIs to meet annual objectives.
• Lead the execution of customer brand promises and shrink and safety programs.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Team Members; manage performance and, if needed, disciplinary actions.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure cross-training across store departments.
• Maintain operational understanding of all store departments and support framing/production areas.
