Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Amarillo, TX to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, training, and inventory management while upholding Lids brand standards and an engaging store environment.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance coaching, and maintaining merchandised layouts, pricing, and visual guidelines to optimize the shopping experience across our licensed sportswear and headwear

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and scheduling to ensure coverage and performance.
