Job summary

You will partner with the Store Manager to coach, develop and retain top talent, while ensuring operational excellence and consistent brand standards.

You will be responsible for opening/closing routines, executing bank deposits, and communicating company directives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Customer-first selling culture experience.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• In-the-moment coaching to associates.
• De-escalation of store and customer situations.
• Ability to work peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled to address customer, vendor, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to implement action plans for results.
• Perform opening/closing routines including banking, shipments, and directives.
• Set daily goals and directions for the team.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to staff.
• Model selling behaviors and deepen product knowledge for customers.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance and stock levels.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
