Royal Farms in Maryland Easton seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive short-term planning, and develop a high-performing team focused on service, sales, and safety.

You will lead front-line staff, coach for performance, ensure policy compliance, and oversee community engagement and store initiatives. This full-time role offers incentive earnings and a competitive hourly base.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or related management.
• Proven leadership, strong communication, and team motivation.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks effectively.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team through recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Supervise associates and manage day-to-day operations on the sales floor.
• Ensure execution of marketing programs and customer-facing initiatives.
• Plan short-term initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
• Maintain policy compliance and protect store assets and cash.
