ALDI store manager trainee program prepares you to run a store through hands-on leadership experience, including stocking, merchandising, customer service and daily operations. This role blends leadership duties with store responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will train at multiple locations, earn at least 45 hours a week, and potential earnings in Year 1 range from $114,500 to $119,000 with salary and bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Prior experience in retail and management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel and communicates expectations.
• Implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district input.
• Interviews candidates and recommends for advancement.
• Manages scheduling, payroll and KPI goals.
• Trains and develops staff to reach potential.
