ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead store operations with hands-on experience in stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards. You will work side-by-side with associates to build a fast-paced, results-driven environment and participate in a training program that develops leadership and operations expertise.

Formación

• At least 21 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct reports: lead, develop, and set performance expectations.
• Develops action plans using company resources to improve results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interview candidates for store positions and recommend for advancement or termination.
