Job summary

ALDI Store Manager Trainee program is designed to prepare you to run your own store through hands-on leadership and daily store operations. You will lead by example in stocking, merchandising, customer service and maintaining store standards, while learning ALDI’s processes and growth opportunities.

With a starting wage of $29.50 per hour and a 45-hour work week, you can transition into a leadership role that rewards performance with the potential for annual earnings between $83,500 and $98,500

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Retail management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to meet performance goals.
• Plan and execute action plans to improve operating results.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns in coordination with district management.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement or termination.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and applicable laws.
• Supervise scheduling, inventory handling, and cash controls.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment and promote teamwork.
