• Directly lead store personnel and communicate performance expectations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Address employee and customer concerns in coordination with the district manager.
• Interview candidates for store positions and provide recommendations to the district manager.
• Manage personnel including advancement and termination decisions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with ALDI staff, customers, vendors and partners to resolve issues.
• Lead and supervise teams to drive sales and strong customer satisfaction.
