Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Scottsdale is seeking a Retail Store Manager to drive store operations, lead the Production Team and Donation Attendants, and help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment.

You will manage payroll and operating costs, coordinate with the Retail District Manager, ensure excellent customer service, and develop team members through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals.
• Monitors product levels and manages inventory.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are within budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and brand image.
• Partners with community organizations to promote the mission.
