Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take over store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence and provide guidance to employees.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability in all departments.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain awareness of inventory movement and customer trends and communicate with management.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
