Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear and apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager regarding daily operations and administrative duties.
• Serve as an ambassador of Hibbett I City Gear and promote sales and promotions.
• Assume supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence and train staff.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support store profitability.
