Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and daily store operations.
• Help establish plans to achieve selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling goals.
• Act as acting supervisor in the Store Manager's absence and guide staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote merchandise and services.
• Monitor inventory, sales and expenses to support profitability.
• Communicate with customers and staff to uphold store standards.
• Provide training and guidance to teammates as needed.
