Job summary

The Manager in Training serves as acting Store Manager in their absence, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and customer service standards are met to foster long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a self-starter with initiative and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and daily operations.
• Coordinate selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take store-wide responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Promote exceptional customer service and merchandise offerings.
