Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Tanger Outlets Foley in Foley, Alabama on May 1st. We’re hiring many roles and will begin interviews now to build a strong team.

The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles will support the mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, while leading sales, merchandising and operations with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong guest service and leadership abilities.
• Experience in retail sales and merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales generation and provide legendary guest service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet store goals.
• Oversee operations, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to drive execution and performance.
