Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Tanger Outlets Foley in Foley, Alabama on May 1st. The Store Support Teammate will help fulfill Buckle’s mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests and assist the Store Manager with a variety of sales support tasks.

The role emphasizes guest service, merchandising support, and a flexible schedule including holidays. No prior experience is required, and employees will receive applicable benefits after waiting periods.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies on payment/exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security and theft risks and know how to handle these situations.
• Assist Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
