Job summary

Circle K in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager, oversee Stationstore operations, hire and supervise staff, handle bookkeeping and merchandising, and uphold Circle K’s service standards.

You will contribute to a fast-paced environment, ensure friendly service, maintain attendance, support the food program, and set an example for your team while pursuing growth opportunities within a large, stable employer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of employees/management.
• Retail or convenience store experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage staff scheduling and tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of station operations, hiring, supervising and merchandising. Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service with regular onsite attendance.
• You’ll support the food program, set an example for your team and demonstrate urgency, patience and leadership.
