Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions including reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Ability to use a computer to analyze reports, inventory, and counseling notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train employees to meet company standards for customer service and marketing execution.
• Prepare timely performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure timely and clear communication to all employees.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively, and priced correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses and take action to maximize profits; understand margins.
