Job summary

Circle K seeks a Store Manager for the Rocky Mountain region in Littleton, CO. You will lead day-to-day store operations, hire and train staff, manage inventory and cash control, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership and retail experience, with the ability to analyze reports to drive sales and profitability while maintaining store standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR and ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by supervisor.

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
