Steve Madden is seeking a Store Manager (full-time) in Florida to lead a high-performing team and maintain the store presentation. The role drives sales, develops staff, and ensures customer satisfaction while meeting profitability goals.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of retail leadership, a high school diploma, and strong communication and organizational skills. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail experience including staff supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-performance team that reflects the company's values.
