Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and schedules.
• Develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities.
• Ensure store performance and payroll/budget goals are met.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, signage, and product presentation.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
