Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Clarksville, TN to support daily store operations and drive sales with the Store Manager. You will lead and develop a team, oversee onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance coaching to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications
