Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise and motivate Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities for completion.
• Strong math skills for quick calculations and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations to meet Company standards and practices.
• Analyze store reports to manage controllable expenses and performance.
