Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a motivated store leadership professional to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced off-price retail environment. You will learn all phases of store operations and step in for the Store Manager when needed, driving customer service, merchandising execution, and team development.

The role emphasizes scheduling, payroll, and adherence to company policies, while maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store atmosphere for customers and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead all Store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in analyzing store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall store performance.
• Oversee payroll administration and scheduling to meet business objectives.
• Train and develop non-exempt associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
