Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a team of Associates in Texarkana, Texas. You will manage payroll, scheduling, customer service, and compliance with company policies while maintaining store standards and a safe environment.

Responsibilities include supervising all store activities, analyzing reports, and delivering excellent service. Fluency in English and ability to work evenings/weekends are required; prior retail leadership

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Communicate variances to Company standards to the Store Manager.
• Ensure proper scheduling of Associates to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with State, Local and Federal regulations.
• Lead payroll administration and reporting as needed.
