Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Lucky Brand and JCPenney teams in California. You will drive profitable sales by executing the store strategy, mentoring associates, and maintaining operational excellence.

You will coach for superior customer service, analyze performance, manage inventory and pricing, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement sales-building programs. A minimum of five years of retail leadership and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Models, coaches, and holds team accountable for outstanding customer service.
• Analyze sales and expenses to identify opportunities and communicate objectives.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and develop associates' performance.
• Lead Salon/Beauty area and supervise related teams.
• Ensure shrink, safety, and performance standards are met.
