Catalyst Brands, parent to JCPenney, seeks a Store Manager (Specialty) to lead a top-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across its brands. The role focuses on sales leadership, talent development, and store operations to drive profitability.

You will oversee merchandising, scheduling, and store standards while managing expenses and building a pipeline of strong talent for future growth. This position reports to the District Manager.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years as a Store Manager in apparel/retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations and district meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Use data and market knowledge to create action plans for financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Understand product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Attract, develop and retain top talent.
• Motivate and engage teams by identifying strengths and providing feedback.
