Family Dollar is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales at our Savannah location. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure policy compliance while building strong ties with the community.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, asset protection, and execution of corporate merchandising directions. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior retail management experience advantageous.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (55 lbs occasionally).
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling expected.
