Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee daily activities, ensure policy compliance, and safeguard assets while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and retail management experience, with physical ability for everyday store tasks and community engagement. This full-time position is based in Georgia, USA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, occasionally 55 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
