Job summary

Family Dollar in Macon, GA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead associates, drive store sales, and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will oversee daily operations and implement corporate directions.

This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and prior retail management experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and lifting up to 40 lb is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally) from floor to above shoulder height.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
