Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merch, processing damaged goods, records including payroll/scheduling/cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets including cash.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
