Framebridge Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Atwater Village location in Los Angeles to lead a high-performing retail team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive store performance.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff while partnering with manufacturing to ensure seamless omni-channel operations. The role requires leadership, design interest, and a passion for delivering Framebridge’s brand promise, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends to align

Formación

• 3+ years experience as Store Manager in customer-facing sales or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership ability to develop, coach, and manage a high-performing team
• Excellent listening, oral, and communication skills
• Interest in design and ability to advise on product choices
• Quick learner of tools, technology, and processes

Responsabilidades

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and uphold Framebridge brand in-store
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members
• Develop and improve in-store operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure seamless omni-channel operations
• Coach staff on product knowledge and design advice
• Lead in-store events and resolve customer questions with sound judgment
