Framebridge is seeking a Store Manager for our Atwater Village location to lead retail team and drive a superior customer experience. The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and collaboration with production to ensure smooth omni-channel operations.

You will recruit and train staff, manage store performance, and help deliver Framebridge’s happiness guarantee through strong leadership and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Store Manager in a customer-facing setting.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality with leadership responsibility.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and coaching skills.
• Adaptable with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in-store.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members.
• Develop and execute operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Coach team members using strong listening and communication skills.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide design guidance to customers.
• Coordinate in-store events with Framebridge marketing team.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience.
• Support Framebridge's 100% happiness guarantee.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
