Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by leading talent, inspiring the team, and delivering a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, manage budget, expenses, sales growth, and inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules, and company policies.
• Maintain an attractive store appearance at all times.
