AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-2 Regular to oversee daily retail store operations, merchandising, product launches, and achievement of sales objectives. You will lead outreach activities, deliver best-in-class training, and coach retail sales consultants to hit sales and service goals.

The role emphasizes leadership development, collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the retail store.
• Manage merchandising and product launches.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives.
