Job summary

The role is full-time with an average of 38 hours weekly and a starting wage of $25.00 per hour, with a wage increase to $26.00 in year two. Prior retail management experience preferred and strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Develop operational action plans to improve performance.
• Manage schedules and payroll within approved budgets.
• Coach and identify training opportunities for staff.
• Merchandise products and maintain signage and cleanliness.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control compliance.
• Contribute to achieving store safety and loss prevention goals.
